Service and accounts

Fancy Cafe AI is a photo-based café video creation tool. You must sign in to upload photos, purchase credits and submit generation tasks. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Photo permissions and acceptable use

You must own your uploaded content or have permission from the people depicted and other relevant rights holders. Do not use this service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal content or non-consensual intimate content. Provider content restrictions also apply.

Generation and availability

The service uses a prepared scene and a third-party model to create approximately 15-second vertical videos. AI outputs can vary in identity, movement, timing and audio; we do not promise an exact artistic result for every input.

Credits and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD through PayPal, not subscriptions. One submitted generation uses 100 credits. Unused credits do not expire. The checkout displays the applicable price before payment; a shared example does not include free model generation.

Failed tasks and refunds

Confirmed failed generations return the credits consumed by that task once. A connection error or an uncertain submission is not a confirmed failure. Contact support for unresolved tasks, duplicate payments or cash refund requests. Credit restoration is distinct from a payment refund. Nothing here limits refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.

Temporary files

Photos are temporarily hosted by Kie, whose upload documentation currently states 24 hours. Generated videos must be downloaded within two days and may become unavailable earlier. We do not maintain an additional media archive. Expired download links do not grant a free replacement generation.

Third parties and suspension

The service depends on Kie, PayPal and hosting providers. Outages, queue times and content rejection may affect availability. Accounts involved in abuse or unauthorized use may be restricted. Any restriction does not remove rights required by applicable law.
